The purpose of this contract is the execution at a global fixed price of the rehabilitation works of building 001, which houses state housing for FFDj families and the security post for access to the AMBOULI district. Building 001 is made up of two adjoining buildings, namely: - Building 001 "security station" (not included in this contract), - Building 001 "housing" (object of this contract),The building in R+1 was built in 1996, is composed of 4 dwellings each comprising 2 individual bedrooms (2 dwellings on the ground floor - 2 on level 1). The building adjoins the district access security post, it includes a stairwell The entire supporting structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete (wall in BA veil), Total floor area: 216 m², Footprint of the building: 108 m².The works includ following below items;Demolition of all existing building except concrete wall and slab, New Ceramic wall and ground, partition walls, suspended and gypsum ceilings, plastering, painting etc. Construction of New Bathroom and Toilets,, New Room Exit Door, Room Interior Doors, Main Building Door and accessories, New Electrical and Technical Room, Renovation of building stairs with new ceramic and handrail etc.New Thermal Insulation to exterior of building with mineral plaster, New Thermal Insulation to interior wall of building with gypsum panels, Repair of existing roof of building, new thermal insulation to roof, new waterproofing to roof.Construction of new concrete parking with steel car canopies and main sliding gate for cars, Construction of new curbs around building. Removal of all existing potable water, gray water, sewage pipes and install new pipes, Construction of new manholes and sewage line and connected to main sewage line outside of building. Removal of all existing high and low current cables and install new ones .New interior and exterior lighting system. New Air Condition System to all Rooms, New Kitchen with furnitures. New bedroom with furniture’s. Construction of Galvanized Steel Security Fence around Building, Road marking and painting of new concrete parking area. European norms have been followed for all these works.
